You will need:
1 wheel of brie
3/4 cup of Honey Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
crackers or toasted bread triangles
Prepare the pumpkin seeds. Spread the Honey Toasted Pumpkin Seeds in a shallow bowl or plate and set aside.
Shape the cheese. Cut the wheel of brie in half. Scoop out the creamy interior cheese from the rind. Quickly shape the cheese into a ball.
Add the pumpkin seeds. Roll the brie in the Honey Toasted Pumpkin Seeds. If the cheese becomes too soft, refrigerate for ten minutes or so.
Finishing touches. Plate the cheese ball and serve with crackers or toasted bread triangles. Don’t forget to put out a small cheese knife.
